1. Read TOS and message me with the following information, or any questions you have before deciding on whether to commission!

-> Base, Shading, Style and Background type

-> Preferably a description of what you would like (Pose, expression, backgrounds, mood, details,..), however I can also freestyle based on a character description!

-> Preferably references for the character(s), otherwise a as-detailed-as-possible description.

-> The intended use may be helpful for more specific requests.

2. 1-3 Thumbnails. Up to 2 Thumbnail Revisions.

3. Thumbnail Agreement -> 1st 50% Payment.

4. Sketch Stage.

5. Lineart and/or Color Stage. Color Stage may be seperate for complicated designs.

6. Shading Stage and Final Touches.

7. Showcase of Finalized Work -> 2nd 50% Payment -> Receive the products file!

1. The listed prices are for personal, non-profit use of the received product only.

If the product is intended for commercial use, make sure to state so in your message so we can discuss commercial rates or freelance work.

2. The full rights to the product always lie with me.

You may not claim it as your own and are required to credit me (@Rainbowwhite) or link to my linktree when showcasing it.

3. Payment: 50% up front. 50% after finalization, before sending of the file. PayPal preferred, other methods can be discussed.

4. No refunds, unless the work has not proceeded the thumbnail stage after the first payment.

5. There are 3 free revisions, below shading stage. Revisions can be made after the Sketch, Lineart and Color Stages. Additional Revisions will be priced between 5-15€ depending on majority.

6. A timeframe will be given after an agreement on the commission has been reached. Most commonly 14 work-days (Not including delays due to artist-client communication.)

Timeframes may differ depending on personal circumstances or waitlists.
